Startup Business Development
A business investor was seeking to fund one startup company; for this reason, our team prepared a business proposal capitalizing on an opportunity we identified within the pet industry.
Problem
There are numerous dog breeds that are unable to successfully navigate the outside world due to various limitations such as inclement weather and health conditions, but they still need daily exercise and playtime.
Verified Assumption
Several interviews were conducted to better understand pet owners’ characteristics, personal experiences, and pain points. The interview was comprised of ten open-ended questions that helped further develop a conclusion based on the consumers’ presumptions. In addition to collecting data on pet owners’ preferences and opinions through surveys and polls.
As well as carried out an observational study at dog parks to further comprehend the issues described by the pet owners; making note of factors such as the weather, the amount of time spent, and the interactions seen throughout the visit.
Solution
Given the findings, our team had a vision for an indoor dog warehouse that provides a climate-controlled environment for all dog breeds and pet owners to enjoy despite identified limitations and impediments.
Value Proposition
Develop an immersive facility that places a high emphasis on the safety and cleanliness of its space so it may provide an environment that enriches the bond between the pet owner and dog; all while encouraging exploration, reducing boredom, and promoting good behavior.
Layout
Waggle collaborates with local artists and creatives to customize each room uniquely based on one of the five senses and is designed to stimulate the dogs’ sensory system. These immersive adventures allow dogs to stray away from dull moments and have fun.
