Brief

A client sought to fund a proposed project that unifies the interest of the many minors offered at Ringling College. As a self-led project, our team created a digital catalog that provides students with course-related insight.

Problem

Oftentimes, students do not fully understand what each major specializes in and are unsure of the course structure. Therefore, semester schedules are constructed with uncertainty and may create missed opportunities for strengthening their skill sets and knowledge in the desired field of interest.

Solution

By conducting interviews with students who have completed a course in support of another major, a compilation of past experiences will serve as an archive and supporting tool for the description of the class objective.

Value Proposition

Develop an online catalog that features past work and experience from students that may provide peer-level information to other Ringling students in a centralized database.

Planning

To ensure the client’s request was fulfilled promptly and according to order, several documents were drafted, such as a Statement of Work and a Project Management Plan. Moreover, the tasks implemented were hyperfocused on remaining on budget and within the outlined deadlines.

Layout

Armātus’ layout is enlightening and easy to navigate, with the objective to feature various perspectives overtime.
